This policy clearly outlines all rules for returns and post-purchase support to protect your shopping experience, and we strictly emphasize that ‌we do not support any “refund only” requests under any circumstances‌, all valid post-purchase claims must follow the return-first process specified in this document.

1. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a valid return request, your application must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date you successfully receive your ordered outdoor goods. The items you intend to return must be in unused, unwashed and resalable original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories and instruction manuals intact. Items that show signs of outdoor use, accidental damage caused after delivery, or modifications made by the user will not be eligible for a return.

We strictly do not accept any refund-only requests where you keep the purchased merchandise. All requests for monetary reimbursement can only be processed after you successfully return the eligible item to our designated warehouse and our team completes a full quality inspection of the returned goods. We will not issue any full or partial refunds for orders where you choose to retain the product for any reason, including but not limited to cases where you report minor dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance or function without returning the item.

2. Return Process

  1. Submit your return application through the order management page of your MD RUN account on www.mdrunfr.com, or send a return request email to [email protected] with your order number, the product name you wish to return, and 2 to 3 clear photos showing the item’s current condition. Our customer service team will review your application and send you the official return shipping address within 3 working days.
  2. Pack the item securely with all original contents included, stick the pre-shared return shipping label on the outer package, and send the parcel back to us via the regular tracked logistics channel. We recommend you keep the logistics tracking number properly for checking the delivery status of the returned parcel.
  3. Once our warehouse team receives and verifies that your returned item meets all return eligibility requirements, we will send you an in-app and email notification, and proceed to process your corresponding solution within 7 working days.

For customers who receive damaged, mis-shipped or defective products that do not match the description on our product page, we will cover all reasonable return shipping costs. For return requests initiated for personal reasons such as change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

3. Available Resolution Options (No Standalone Refund Supported)

As we strictly prohibit any refund-only arrangements, after your returned item passes our inspection, you can choose from the following two resolution options instead of a direct standalone cash refund:

  1. ‌Free Replacement Service‌: You can choose to get a brand new identical replacement of the returned outdoor essential, or exchange it for another product of equal or higher value from our new arrivals or best sellers collection. You will only need to pay the price difference if you select a product with a higher price than your original order. We will arrange the shipment of the new item for you within 5 working days after the return inspection is completed.
  2. ‌MD RUN Store Credit‌: You can choose to get 110% of your original order value converted as store credit that never expires on our www.mdrunfr.com platform. You can use this credit to shop any of our collapsible buckets, new outdoor gear picks or limited stock best sellers directly at any time for your upcoming trips.

Please note that no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances, even if you request to cancel your replacement order before the new item is shipped. In this case, the corresponding order value will still be converted into permanent store credit deposited to your account.

4. Exceptions

The following scenarios do not qualify for return requests: personalized custom engraved outdoor goods, items marked on the product page as final sale limited stock, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and products that have been used in outdoor scenarios that cause obvious wear and tear. If you receive a parcel with obvious external damage caused by transportation, please contact our team within 48 hours after signing for the delivery, and we will arrange targeted post-purchase support for you.
